By making a purchase you agree to following terms below:

RULE 1 There is a no resell policy!! Reselling will make you subject to an immediate ban without warning. Making a profit off of someone else's models and hard work is awful and will never be condoned. If you are caught reselling, you will be Discord banned and blacklisted on Paypal. The only way to avoid punishment is to forfeit the profits you made off of my Dev's or my models. 

RULE 2 There is a zero tolerance charge back policy. Any and all charge backs will be taken up with your payment provider (Paypal and cashapp for example) and Paypal's charge back protection. Users that do charge backs will immediately be banned and have your method of payment reported.

RULE 3 There are no refunds. All cars are tested in single player and FiveM and then posted on youtube. The exact model you see on youtube is the exact model you get.

RULE 4 I am liable to sell all custom edits that I have made. For example, if you come to me and you want a rear window louver made for a Mercedes Bens AMG GTR. I am liable to sell that rear window louver. Or another example, if you come to me and you want to my 2008 BMW M3, but you want a different custom rear diffuser. I am liable to sell my model with that custom rear diffuser unless you ask otherwise. Then I will only be liable to sell the part alone.

RULE 5 I am liable to sell all custom vehicles that I have made. For example, if you come to me and want to commission a brand-new car. Let's use a gt500 for example. Once I finish the car you will get the model to yourself for 1 month. After that month I am liable to start selling it to the public. If you want me to keep it as a private model, there is an additional charge. If you break RULE 1 then this rule will be void and I will be liable to sell the model immediately and you will be subject to the terms of breaking RULE 1. Same actions will apply if you break RULE 2 as well.

RULE 6 All prices are non-negotiable. If I do one thing for one person then I'll have to do it for everyone, and I run my business off of integrity. There will never be any under the table deals. There are only 5 ways to get discounts: 1) buy in bulk, 2) find an unused discount code in one of my participating YouTube videos, 3) win a random discord server contest that I host, 4) win a competition event in my FiveM server when I host one, 5) become a @VIP member. There are NO other ways of receiving discounts.

RULE 7 All complaints and concerns must be handled in my discord by creating a ticket. If you have an issue, do not throw a toddler tantrum and make a mess of my discord. This is not Real House Wives of Atlanta and nobody wants to see the drama. Act like an adult, make a ticket, and handle it respectfully. I will not tolerate any disrespect thrown towards me or anybody else. I have very little patience for immaturity and you will be placed under timeout, have builds withheld, or be banned with discords new feature until you know how to behave. ACT LIKE AN ADULT. I know I have kids in here too. You guys should know the difference between acting mature and immature. Show everyone the same respect that you would show your relatives.
